Jimmy is a leading youth strength and conditioning coach in Oakville, specializing in youth sports performance training and injury prevention. As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and former varsity athlete, he helps young athletes develop speed, power, strength, and confidence – safely and effectively.
Jimmy brings Division I experience from Arizona State University, where he trained NCAA athletes using advanced performance technology to improve explosiveness and reduce injury risk. His background in sports medicine and rehabilitation ensures athletes build proper movement mechanics and long-term durability.
With dual degrees in Physical Education (Health Promotion) and Biomedical Sciences from Laurentian University, along with his CSCS and FRC Mobility Specialist certifications, Jimmy combines science-based programming with practical, high-performance coaching.
Jimmy is passionate about helping athletes build confidence, resilience, and measurable performance gains – whether they are just starting their athletic journey or preparing for the next level.
